Join us as we create a new kind of community experience. Shake off feelings of isolation while gaining concrete tools for navigating these changing times. Kids will be encouraged to name their emotions and engage in conversation around the theme of “not being alone”. Expect minute meditations, yoga, poetry, and dancing! We'll use Zoom to connect and support us and explore ways that technology can provide opportunities to break the isolation and process our feelings & experiences. Together we will develop new ways to chart and maneuver through the unknown.
